CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel an appointment please contact us 24 hours before the scheduled time. You may be billed for a missed appointment in accordance with the length of the appointment booked if we are not given enough notice.
TEST RESULTS
If your test results require actions then generally our office will contact you to arrange follow up or your results can be reviewed at your next regularly scheduled appointment. However, if you are concerned about your results or would like to review them with your doctor please book an appointment to review.
PRESCRIPTION REFILLS
Long term medication requires regular follow up. Your doctor will provide you with enough medication until your condition needs to be reassessed. If you are running out of medication we ask you book a follow up appointment with your doctor to review.
SAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT
We strive to create a safe environment for our team to work in as well as our patients to come into. We have a zero tolerance policy for any verbal or physical abuse to anyone in the clinic. Such abuse may lead to termination of your patient relationship with your doctor and the clinic.
NO SHOW POLICY
We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment you may be charged $40.
