VIRTUAL VISITS

VIRTUAL VISITS

YOUR DOCTORS HAVE SHIFTED TOWARDS PROVIDING SOME CARE VIA TELEHEALTH VIDEO CONFERENCING.

WHEN WE USE VIRTUAL VISITS

It is important to understand that the care provided through video or audio communication cannot replace the need for physical examination or an in-person visit for some problems. Your doctor can assess this during your telehealth appointment. It is still important to seek urgent care in an Emergency Department as necessary.

GETTING STARTED WITH VIRTUAL VISITS

You will need to have your camera and speaker activated and may need some adjustment of settings if you are using your phone.

GETTING READY FOR YOUR VIRTUAL VISIT

If your doctor has asked you to send in photos for your upcoming virtual visit please see this link for a short tutorial on how to take excellent photos.

To connect with your doctor during your appointment time please click on the following link.

Please note your doctor is only available during your scheduled appointment time but may also be running behind so please be patient with us. If this happens please wait in the ‘virtual’ waiting room until your doctor is available.
